Bio

Zachary joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. as an Associate in 2022. Zachary currently handles landlord-tenant litigation proceedings with the Firm, appearing routinely in housing courts throughout the City.

Prior to joining the Firm, Zachary spent three years representing tenants in Brooklyn Housing Court as a Senior Staff Attorney handling holdover, non-payment and HP proceedings. Upon graduating from CUNY School of Law in May 2016, Zachary began his legal career with the Administration of Children’s Services (ACS) in Jamaica, Queens. With ACS, Zachary handled Article 10 neglect and abuse cases in Queens Family Court, drafted petitions, orders to show cause, subpoenas, discovery motions, violation petitions, and handled trials and appeals.

At CUNY School of Law, Zachary served as a Teaching Assistant for the school’s Mediation Seminar and as Public Relations Chair for the Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity. There, Zachary interned with notable housing law, family law and domestic violence organizations, such as Safe Horizons Domestic Violence Project, STEPS -To End Family Violence, and The Family Center.

During his time as an undergraduate student at SUNY Binghamton, Zachary spent a year as a volunteer with the Broome County Public Defender’s Office. He graduated in 2012 with a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Law.
