Bio
Robert Prestia joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. as an Associate in 2022 after passing the New York State Bar Examination in July 2021. In law school, Robert was the Notes & Comments Editor of the Hofstra Law Family Court Review and the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Criminal Law.
Since joining the firm, Robert has handled many landlord-tenant litigation matters, appearing in a variety of housing courts throughout the state. Robert also works on matters pertaining to Surrogate’s Court and helping Landlords reclaim their apartments after a police seal is put in place.
Robert received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the Honors College at Adelphi University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
