Bio

Mindy joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. in 2018 after more than 20 years as an attorney with Ezratty, Ezratty & Levine, LLP. At the firm, Mindy is the lead attorney for Nassau County District Court matters and also appears in other counties on a regular basis. Mindy is an active participant in the Holdover Department, taking in new cases and maintaining constant client contact throughout each matter. She is a member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations and, as a result of her expertise in the area of Landlord-Tenant law, she was appointed Co-Chairperson of the District Court Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. 

In addition to her associate position at the firm, Mindy is currently the sitting judge for the Village of Rockville Centre, after having served as Chief Village Prosecutor for the past 25 years, and also Special Prosecutor for the villages of Woodsburgh, Hewlett Neck, and Hewlett Bay Park since 2019. She also served as Counsel to the Rockville Centre Planning Board and President of the Board of Directors of Child Abuse Prevention Services, and currently is a Bar Exam grader for the New York State Board of Law Examiners.

Mindy earned her Undergraduate and Master’s degrees in a dual degree program at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated 3rd in her class from Hofstra University School of Law. In addition to serving as an Editor of the Law Review, she received the Most Outstanding Law Student Award upon graduation.
