Bio
Matthew joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. as an Associate in March 2026. He represents clients in various commercial litigation matters, including contract and real property disputes, wherein he provides strategic and results-driven advocacy tailored to each individual matter. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew handled a wide range of commercial litigation and estate planning matters, where he developed a strong foundation in litigation, compliance and client advocacy.
Matthew is a graduate of Albany Law School, where he was a member of the Italian American Law Student Association, a member of the team of law students that updated the New York State Bank Rating Index (NYBRI), and a member of Albany Law School’s Rugby Team.
Matthew previously earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, where he graduated cum laude from the University at Albany. Matthew is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
