Bio
Lloyd J. Weinstein joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. as a Member of the firm in February, 2026, after running his own practice since 2003. Lloyd’s practice began as a boutique firm, eventually expanding to service clients throughout New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
Lloyd’s focus remains on all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation, with a specific emphasis on contractual, partnership, employment, and asset recovery matters. He also frequently serves as a Part 36 Fiduciary as an Attorney for Alleged Incapacitated Persons, as a Guardian, Property Manager, Receiver, Referee, Court Evaluator, Real Estate Broker, Counsel To Receiver, Trustee and Auctioneer.
A third-generation graduate of Brooklyn Law School and an undergraduate of Northwestern University, Lloyd is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey Florida, the District Court of the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York, the Southern District of New York, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Lloyd has consistently been named a SuperLawyer since 2020.
