Bio
Constantine joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. as an Associate in 2025. Constantine currently handles landlord-tenant proceedings with the firm, appearing routinely in housing courts in New York City.
Prior to joining the firm, Constantine litigated housing court matters as a staff attorney for Legal Services of Long Island, where he was able to develop his litigation skills by conducting trials, arguing motions, and negotiating settlements. Through this extensive experience, he established insights into the complicated legal frameworks landlords must navigate in the eviction process.
In law school, Constantine participated in several trial team competitions. During his time as an undergraduate student at SUNY Binghamton, he authored an honors thesis exploring the interplay between written and natural law in, before, and beyond British rule in India. Additionally, Constantine studied criminal law at Kansai Gaidai University in Hirakata, Osaka Prefecture, Japan, with a focus on the commonalities and differences between criminal law in Japan and the United States.
In addition to being a member of the New York State Bar, Constantine is admitted to practice before the Federal Courts for the Eastern District. He is also a fluent Spanish speaker, a skill he utilizes frequently when appearing in housing court.
