Bio
Brian joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. as a Member of the Firm in 2023. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels, with a specialty in commercial contract disputes and real property matters.
Brian regularly guides clients through complex disputes and focuses on developing practical and strategic solutions for achieving his clients’ goals. He has successfully represented and advised owners and developers of commercial and residential buildings, cooperative shareholders, condominium unit owners, individuals, and entities involved in all aspects of real estate. He has extensive experience counseling clients on landlord-tenant related matters as well as a broad spectrum of matters concerning ownership, operation, and use of real estate.
Brian is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
