Bio

Benjamin Doscher joined the Firm as an Associate in 2024 after practicing law for more than two (2) decades in the fields of immigration, criminal defense, family law, and, of course, landlord-tenant law. Benjamin, who is proficient in Spanish and can easily communicate with Spanish-speaking tenants, spent several years litigating landlord-tenant matters including non-payment and holdover proceedings in Bronx County Housing Court and other housing courts throughout the City.

Since joining the firm, he has successfully handled many landlord-tenant matters by zealously representing landlords through each phase of litigation, conducting hearings, trials and arguing motions on clients’ behalfs.

Benjamin is not only admitted to practice law in New York State, but has also been admitted to various Federal Courts, such as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Benjamin earned his J.D. from Touro College School of Law, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University.
