Bio
Allen Frazier joined the firm as an Associate in 2025 and currently handles matters involving administrative law, rent regulation, and proceedings before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR). Prior to joining the firm, Allen was a law clerk for eSkillz Corp., where he handled various corporate legal matters, including commercial agreements, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
During law school, Allen was selected as a New York State Bar Association Diversity Fellow, a role through which he gained early experience in corporate law at Capgemini North America. This fellowship provided him with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and in-house legal operations, while working alongside experienced practitioners. Allen also served as Treasurer and Public Relations Official for Health Law Projects and participated in the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program as a tax preparer.
Allen received his J.D. from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and his undergraduate degree from State University of New York at Farmingdale, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice: Law Enforcement and Technology.
