Bio
Andrew joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers PC in 2024 as an experienced associate who was recently mentioned in the New York Times and Crain’s New York Business for his zealous advocacy as a commercial litigator.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked for a number of boutique litigation firms specializing in trust and estates for high-net-worth individuals and litigating complex cases where he was instrumental in helping to secure million-dollar plus jury verdicts for his clients. While at these firms, Andrew gained significant experience in a variety of commercial and general litigation matters, including real estate litigation, fraud actions, insurance litigation, shareholder disputes, tort litigation, breach of contract matters, trust and estate litigation, and investment and trade secret disputes. Andrew is experienced with disputes in a variety of Court and Arbitral fora, including, the New York Court of Appeals, the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments, various New York State Supreme and Civil Courts, Surrogate’s Court, FINRA Arbitration, American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and Federal Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of New York.
Andrew is a current member of the firm’s litigation department, primarily handling landlord tenant and real estate transaction litigation in the Civil and Supreme Courts throughout New York City. He is the great-grandson of German Legal Scholar, Hugo Sinzheimer, and received his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
Andrew is admitted to practice law in New York State, and the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
