Bio
Jason joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. as an Associate in 2023, after nearly 15 years of experience litigating in the field of Landlord-Tenant Law and two years of insurance defense and construction litigation. Jason currently represents landlords in housing court proceedings with the Firm, appearing routinely in courts throughout the City.
Jason handles all aspects of residential and commercial non-payment and holdover proceedings in addition to defending against proceedings commenced by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, as well as tenant-initiated actions seeking repairs or those asserting claims of harassment and/or unlawful eviction.
Jason earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law after receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. John’s University, graduating summa cum laude.
